Relevant Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in IT and ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably as a Technical Lead.

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

Our team requires candidates who possess the following technical skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD

• Extensive hands-on experience in full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (Employee Service Management) applications, including:

   HR Case Management

   HR Knowledge Management

   Employee Service Center (Portal)

   Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)

   Employee Document Management

   Performance Analytics for HR

• Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)

• Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods like LDAPs

• Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experience
