IT Service Management Expertise Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified ITSM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow administration, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring the ability to configure, manage, and optimize ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, HAM, and SAM. The selected individual will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of business objectives with IT capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and document business functions and operational processes to align ServiceNow solutions with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners and Managers to identify system requirements, enhancements, and access levels.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, particularly ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
  • Perform routine system administration, including user management, workflow configuration, and access control.
  • Participate in integration and user acceptance testing to validate new functionality.
  • Support platform upgrades, patch management, and system performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to professional and technical staff.
  • Maintain adherence to ServiceNow best practices, policies, and change management protocols.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
  • Experience with the Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Familiarity with App Engine Studio and Flow Designer within ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of CMDB and Discovery tools
  • Familiarity with the Employee Service Portal and custom widget development
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience – Preferred – 4 Years
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module, such as ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or Source2Pay
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification – Preferred
