ServiceNow SPM Architect Position

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with clients. In support of their needs, we are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Architect.

Job Description:

Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Architect

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable solutions across ServiceNow's SPM suite.
• Lead enterprise-level SPM platform strategy and technical governance.
• Optimize ServiceNow data structures to support reporting, analytics, and platform performance.
• Ensure cross-module integration with ITSM, CMDB, and financial management components.
• Guide implementation teams on best practices, reusable frameworks, and scalable design.
• Act as an SME for SPM-related business requirements and platform roadmap planning.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 4+ years focused on Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Proven experience designing large-scale SPM solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of financial process alignment with ServiceNow architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, solution advisory, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow SPM or ITBM Certification
• Certified Application Developer or Architect
