ServiceNow Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, and development of the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in platform administration, including managing users, assignment groups, and roles. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating forms, fields, views, and access controls.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration
• End-user Support and Triage
• Governance and Change Control
• Documentation and Knowledge Management
• Review and Recommendations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent ServiceNow Administration experience
• Current ServiceNow Administrator certification
• Experience working in an organization with 10,000+ users
