ServiceNow Architect – Hardware Asset Management

• *Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)**

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with extensive expertise in the ServiceNow platform and hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) to join an ongoing implementation project.

This role requires someone who is technically strong, independent, and capable of owning the solution design process from end to end, while collaborating closely with internal teams and the client.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Review and validate gathered user stories with the customer.
• Design detailed technical solutions for ServiceNow HAM-related stories.
• Create technical documentation outlining implementation steps for developers.
• Collaborate with the Technical Consultant to build out the solution.
• Perform technical testing of developed features before handing off for functional testing.
• Support functional testing alongside BPCs.
• Lead sprint demos to the client at the end of each sprint.
• Assist with hands-on development for complex solutions if project timelines are tight.
• *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Deep understanding of platform capabilities.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HAM/HAM Pro.
• Strong background in technical architecture and solution design.
• Ability to mentor and provide guidance to technical consultants.
• Experience working in agile/sprint-based environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• ServiceNow HAM Pro certification.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Familiarity with functional testing and training processes.
