ServiceNow Legal Service Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal processes and integration with third-party applications. Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end projects involving ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery.
• Develop solutions that meet customer business requirements and comply with ServiceNow OOB features and functionalities in adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement automated workflows to streamline legal processes such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery platform.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the legal service delivery. Required Skills:
• Understanding of legal processes including contract management, legal requests, and matter management.
• Integration of legal service delivery with third-party applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, technical, and other project stakeholders.
• Good documentation skills for effective documentation of project-related documents.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio for designing process workflows.
• Expertise in Excel reporting.
• Exceptional customer service skills and client focus.
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language.
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes like Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management. Preferred Qualifications:
• Good hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, or development.
• Certification in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery is a plus.
