Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow application and 5+ years of business analysis experience in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities:

• Expected Business Domain Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience working in a technology environment and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent understanding of overall ServiceNow platform and its related applications.
• Good experience in using business analysis tools techniques to design and capture business requirements and change.
• Strong engagement, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• A good speaker and influencer with demonstrable experience working in a highly collaborative environment, with focus towards delivering tangible business results.
• Experience of working in a regulated environment with third party suppliers and vendors. Nice to Have Capabilities:
• Awareness of ITILv3 Framework.
