Job Title: ServiceNow Admin

This is a ServiceNow Admin role that requires 8 years+ of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and other related modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing technical architecture, developing test cases, executing tests, and documenting applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical architecture components
• Design and develop test cases and data
• Execute tests for application or technical architecture components
• Participate in code reviews and inform technical architect and project manager of any issues
• Fix defects and performance problems discovered in testing
• Document applications to facilitate maintenance
