ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow developer to support enhancements, workflow automation, and integration initiatives within the ServiceNow platform. About this role

This role will work alongside a lead developer and system administrator to redesign a customer-centric Service Catalog and integrate AI Search capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration, as well as a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Key responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
• Customize out-of-the-box modules and create/maintain custom workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications via APIs
• Support day-to-day ServiceNow maintenance, enhancements, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to system documentation, reporting, and performance optimization
• Assist in configuration management, including CMDB, LDAP integrations, and notifications Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Hardware Asset Management
• Proficient in custom scripting, web services, and application integration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture
• Experience capturing user stories and managing a development backlog
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Application Developer certification preferred Desired skills
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, or AWS Redshift
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and certifications in these areas No C2C policy applies to this role
