ServiceNow Solution Architect

Are you a skilled ServiceNow developer looking for a challenging opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, build, and implement robust ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise IT service management. This role requires strong technical expertise in JavaScript, the Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting practices, as well as a collaborative mindset for working within Agile teams.

This position involves:

• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Customizing core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Creating and maintaining custom applications/modules using ServiceNow Studio.
• Developing business rules, client scripts, workflows, UI actions/policies, and automated tasks.
• Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API, with adherence to ServiceNow scripting best practices.
• Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Preferred qualifications include:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, HRSD, Discovery).
• Experience using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer.
