Service Now Developer

Your role

We are looking for a Service Now Developer to join our team to :

• help with revision & implementation of Silver Publisher User Stories e.g. Interfaces, Reports
• implement according to approved solution design
• complete Bundling of IBM products within IBM ILMT
• support Data Cleansing activities for Deployment Data
• support quality assurance

Your team

You will join the SAM Pro crew in Technology Inventories Data & Reporting Services alongside 400 colleagues globally. TIDRS offers a best-in-class and cost-effective Service Management Technology, IT Asset Management, and Data Platform Service for our global bank. Your role will be in our Raleigh, NC. location.

Your expertise

• bachelor's degree
• ideally 5+ years of work experience in an Information Technology field
• Service Now development experience
• deep understanding, hands on exposure, working knowledge, practical experience
• a committed and visionary team player with analytical and logical mindset, well-organized with an innate sense of how to prioritize across a complex environment
• fluent in English and able to work effectively in a global environment
