Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Newark, NJ. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence two days per week . The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow development , particularly across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, with a strong focus on custom scripting, integrations, and JavaScript proficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions and enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and other methods Create and manage complex workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning Ensure platform stability, scalability, and maintainability Required Qualifications ~5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong command of JavaScript and custom scripting ~ Hands-on expertise in ITSM , ITOM , and ITAM modules ~ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including integrations and data architecture ~ Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions ~ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ~ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist in HAM , SAM , or Discovery Desired Skills and Experience ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSA, CAD
