Role : Servicenow Architect Location : Seattle, WA - only go onsite 1x a week Only W2 consultants Job Description : The Architect is responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role involves working with clients to assess current processes and tools, identifying ServiceNow platform solutions, defining requirements, determining integration needs, and developing architecture and implementation plans. Nice to have: Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others) Key Deliverables : Lead requirements gathering, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring thorough documentation Provide expert support and technical mentoring to the implementation team Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and limitations Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services, and ensure quality assurance for deliverables Plan and oversee testing phases, including test design and remediation cycles Support practice development, including creating intellectual property Develop and present business cases and tailored product demonstrations for senior stakeholders Scope and deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements Respond to RFI/RFP documents Coordinate transition activities with sales and professional services teams, communicating expectations Act as ServiceNow SME at executive briefings and marketing events Qualifications : Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry Deep experience with ServiceNow, with relevant certifications across various products Experience as a developer is mandatory Strong presentation skills, capable of managing multiple scenarios Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Nice to have: Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others)
