Key Responsibilities: ">

• Play a crucial role in building and maintaining the configuration management inventory.">
• Create self-service support articles to assist users with the discovery and visibility process.">
• Ensure exceptional service at every customer interaction point.">
• Respond to inquiries from technical stakeholders within service-level agreements.">
• Educate technical stakeholders about tools, policies, and processes and how to view and manage their inventory."> ">

Required Skills and Qualifications: ">

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods. Additional qualifications include: ">

• ">
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment.">
• Experience in developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.">
• Experience with front-end frameworks, including React or Angular.">
• Experience in developing interactive web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript.">
• Experience with SQL syntax and queries and API development, including REST architectures.">
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), or AZURE.">
• Secret clearance.">
• Bachelor's degree.">
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date."> ">
