Senior ServiceNow GRC Developer

Location: Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN ( 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 Months +

MISSION:

The Servicenow team is responsible for the development and customization of their Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform—specifically in the Demand and Project Management modules—ensuring seamless integration and tailored workflows that support enterprise-wide project execution.ServiceNow SPM Developers - these resources have been instrumental, and need strong hands-on developers to step in seamlessly.

MUST HAVES:

• 7 years of hands-on development experience, with 2–3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNowGRC Experience not just experience with ServiceNow they need the strategic portfolio management aspect
• Proficiency in JavaScript and strong ServiceNow scripting experience
• Deep familiarity with SPM modules—especially Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management
• Demonstrated experience building flows, APIs, and integrations (especially with Jira or similar systems)
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub and custom component development with experience in ServiceNow configurations

PLUSSES:

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, SPM
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Agile 2.0
• Exposure to Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics
• Familiarity with Atlassian products
• Experience in the Strategic Planning and/or Standard Reporting

DAY TO DAY:

• Build and maintain custom workflows, record producers, and catalog items within ServiceNow's SPM suite
• Develop and support integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, including Jira and other enterprise tools
• Modify and extend core SPM modules (Demand and Project) through scripting and configuration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic planning, and EDAP requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support platform performance tuning, analytics, and standard reporting where needed
