Please note that this is a 100% on-site position. The selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD five days a week. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead and ServiceNow Senior Developer to provide support as a senior member of our development team. Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architectures that address technical, management, automation, and operational reporting aspects.
  • Lead the development of solution artifacts, including roadmaps, optimization of operations, architecture, and block diagrams.
  • Support the building of prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior ServiceNow developers. Requirements Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with seven years of experience or master's degree with five years of experience, or eleven+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Eight+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions clearly.
  • Experience working with the US Federal Government.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust contract requirement. Required Skills
  • Eight+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR.
  • Five+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
  • Experience across multiple parts of the ServiceNow platform and integrated third-party technologies.
  • Five+ years of experience in system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
  • Five+ years of experience supporting IT-related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM).
  • Five+ years of industry experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
  • Five+ years of technical leadership experience driving change and solutions. Desired Skills
  • ServiceNow certification, including Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
  • Additional ServiceNow CIS certification, preferably in Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management.
  • Experience with web development technologies, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
  • Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
  • Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR.
  • Project Management or Agile certification.
  • ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
