We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and end-user support for the Service Catalog of products within our fully integrated ITSM solution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute at an advanced level to the enhancements and on-going operation of ServiceNow.
• Provide long-term oversight to ensure continuity and integration for Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, and CMDB modules as well as provide oversight as I/S integrates additional functions into the platform.
• Contribute to ongoing design and development efforts related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
• Automate legacy processes using available ServiceNow workflows and best practices.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving configuration issues promptly including, but not limited to, Service Catalogs, Workflows and Reporting
• Work closely with the business areas and application support teams to improve business processes.
• Maintain a consistently large, and often dynamic workload ensuring adherence to security best practices and standards for various platforms.
• Perform data analysis by creating and executing complex queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences

About You: You have strong knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, Configuration Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) procedures. You are proficient in ServiceNow scripting and tools. Additionally, you possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
