Job Title: Senior ServiceNow ITSM & FSO Developer Duration: 6 Months
As a Senior ServiceNow ITSM and Financial Services Operations (FSO) Developer at JobDiva, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized ServiceNow solutions tailored to ITSM and FSO environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Architecture & Development:
- Transform business requirements into scalable digital workflows that improve operational performance.
- Custom Scripting & Process Automation:
- Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to enhance user interaction and enforce data integrity.
- Integration & API Management:
- Build robust integrations connecting ServiceNow with external applications via REST API and scripted REST APIs, ensuring seamless data interchange with ERP, CRM, CMDB, and other enterprise systems.
- FSO-Specific Developments:
- Implement and optimize financial services operations modules, including dispute and case management functionalities, to support compliance and risk management.
- Collaboration & Best Practices:
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with ITIL best practices as well as industry-specific financial workflows.
Experience:
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong emphasis on ITSM modules and Financial Services Operations. Technical Skills:
Expertise in JavaScript and experience executing both server-side and client-side scripting within ServiceNow. In-depth proficiency with Flow Designer, legacy Workflow modules, REST API development, and scripted REST APIs. Certifications:
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist are highly desirable.
