About the position
The position is a key contributor to various Service management development initiatives, focusing on identifying and implementing the necessary infrastructure to support specific processes. The role involves understanding the implications of modules on existing systems, implementing solutions for use-cases, and enhancing workflows based on business needs. The candidate will participate in design thinking and must have a comprehensive understanding of the business environment in which the Group operates. The role requires extensive experience with the ServiceNow Platform, particularly in HRSD, ITSM, and custom applications, along with a solid background in IT and SDLC roles.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement required infrastructure (apps/modules) to support specific processes. ,
- Identify potential implications of a particular module over other existing modules. ,
- Implement plausible solutions to each use-case. ,
- Implement enhancements of workflows per business needs. ,
- Participate in design thinking. ,
- Understand the bank's governance and SDLC framework. ,
- Follow the bank's standards and adhere to them without fail. ,
- Lead by example and build the appropriate culture and values. ,
- Ensure ongoing training and development of team members. ,
- Employ, engage, and retain high-quality people. ,
- Review team structure and capacity plans. ,
- Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports. ,
- Understand and comply with risk and compliance requirements. ,
- Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk and compliance matters. ,
- Assess the effectiveness of the Group's governance arrangements. ,
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. ,
- Lead Process Optimization for specific GPO.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications (HRSD, ITSM, and Custom/scoped Apps). ,
- 6-8 years of IT experience in multiple roles of SDLC. ,
- Experience in Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications. ,
- Experience in Reporting & Performance Analytics. ,
- Experience in UI Pages/Macros, Menus, Widgets, and knowledge of OOB widgets and custom widgets. ,
- Experience in Catalogue Items, Record Producers, Workspace, Workflows, Flow designers, Flow Actions, Integration Hub, Spokes, REST/SOAP API Solutioning. ,
- Experience in documentation of solutions provided, including UML/Data Flow/Sequence diagrams. ,
- Certifications: CSA, Certified Application Developer, HRSD. ,
- Experience in Integrations with various applications with advanced high security limitations. ,
- Basic understanding of functions of each Global Process Organization. ,
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide appropriate solutions in ServiceNow. ,
- Knowledge of features in App Engine Studio and Service Portals. ,
- Experience in Service Portal with JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets. ,
- Experience in Application Development on ServiceNow, App Designer, Application Scope Access Controls. ,
- Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs and best practices.
