Role: ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Work location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: long term contract

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather test requirements and scenarios.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ATF test cases.
• Perform regression testing to ensure updates and changes don’t impact existing functionality.
• Integrate ATF into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub preferred).
• Monitor and report on test coverage, test results, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure quality and stability of the ServiceNow platform.
