Correla seeks a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design of scalable and maintainable solutions across various modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and others.

About the Role

• Design & Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement efficient ServiceNow solutions that meet requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and process owners to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams on best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Support the development and maintenance of a long-term strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Governance and Compliance: Implement frameworks to ensure consistent and secure use of the ServiceNow platform.

About You

• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process automation and digital workflow improvements.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and functionalities, as well as experience with integrations using APIs, Service Bridge, and other 3rd party tools.
• Architectural Skills: Proficient in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, with knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices.
• Proven Experience: Hands-on experience with complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations, along with relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification.
