We are collaborating with a leading international organisation to recruit an accomplished ServiceNow Business Analyst for a 6-month project. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hybrid role that combines UK-based remote work with monthly travel to Brussels, Belgium to engage directly with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Translate complex requirements into detailed functional specs and user stories, facilitating seamless communication with the development team.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and stakeholders across IT and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Support thorough testing, change management, and solution validation to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across ITSM, HRSD, or other modules, leveraging industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in fast-paced transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
• English proficiency required, with French and Dutch language skills highly valued.
