Principal ServiceNow Developer

Job Overview:

The Principal ServiceNow Developer will lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support healthcare operations.

This senior role requires expertise in ITSM Pro, HRSD Enterprise, ITOM Visibility, Hardware Asset Management, and CMDB. Responsibilities include technical governance, platform design, and ensuring system scalability and process efficiency to meet healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Deploy solutions across ITSM Pro, HRSD, and App Engine.
• Support integration and platform optimization.
• Implement HRSD solutions for employee onboarding and case management.
• Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant experience.
• 7+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Expertise in ITSM Pro, HRSD Enterprise, ITOM Visibility, Hardware Asset Management, and CMDB.
• Understanding of CMDB governance, Service Mapping, Discovery tools.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
