ServiceNow Business Analyst - 6-Month Contract

Chapman Tate Associates is working with a leading international organisation to recruit a seasoned ServiceNow Business Analyst for a 6-month outside IR35 contract. This opportunity combines UK-based remote work with monthly travel to Brussels, Belgium to engage directly with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, ensuring a thorough understanding of stakeholder needs.
• Translate these requirements into functional specs and user stories, facilitating effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and stakeholders across IT and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Support testing, change management, and solution validation processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across ITSM, HRSD, or other modules, driving continuous quality enhancement.

Your Background:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• A deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries.
• The capacity to work independently in a hybrid setup, with minimal supervision required.
• Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in French and Dutch being a significant advantage.
