Chapman Tate Associates is working with a leading international organisation to recruit a seasoned ServiceNow Business Analyst for a 6-month outside IR35 contract.

This exciting opportunity combines UK-based remote work with monthly travel to Brussels, Belgium to engage directly with key stakeholders.

• Gather and analyse business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and stakeholders across IT and business teams.
• Support testing, change management, and solution validation.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across ITSM, HRSD, or other modules. What You Bring
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in past projects.
• A strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
• English proficiency is required; French and Dutch are considered a bonus.
