• Analyse risk data using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize the ServiceNow IRM platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive risk management approach.
• Manage vendor risks through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Support business continuity planning by using the ServiceNow platform to identify potential disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.
