Job Description
This role requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards), which includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test. Only US citizens, US naturalized citizens, or US Permanent Residents holding a green card will be considered due to Federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scoped ServiceNow applications utilizing the platform's functionality.
- Integrate 3rd party systems with ServiceNow via MID server and web services (REST).
- Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
- Contribute to integrating ServiceNow with new and existing technologies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 4+ years with ServiceNow technologies, including Service Catalog Items, Catalog UI Policy, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Table API, ACL, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
- Excellent technical design, critical thinking, problem-solving, debugging skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ServiceNow APIs and experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules/products.
- A rich knowledge of both ITIL and ITSM disciplines is required.
