Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, with a particular focus on the HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers.
Your extensive experience and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module will be pivotal in delivering solutions that meet client needs, delight users, and drive tangible value for Deloitte's business investments. You will leverage your deep expertise in ServiceNow and HRSD module to design, configure, and deploy high-quality, outcome-focused solutions.

The team: US Deloitte Technology Product Engineering has modernized software and product delivery, creating a scalable, cost-effective model.
Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certification Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- 6+ years of experience utilizing ServiceNow (HRSD module preferred).
Preferred Advanced degree (e.g. Masters) preferred 3+ years of experience with AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) preferred Experience across Architecture and Integration, Data Management, and Platform Performance preferred.
