Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in development
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Application, or Implementation—ideally, not micro-certifications)
- Experience with ITSM applications (implementation and/or administration)
- Experience in developing custom applications
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript (within ServiceNow)
- Service Portal (including widgets, HTML, CSS, AngularJS)
- Graphical Workflow & Flow Designer
- REST Web Services
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the program architect on application development projects
- Deliver high-quality development on time with minimal support once clear requirements are provided
- Apply ServiceNow best practices effectively in development work
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously learn and improve in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements
