Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in development
• ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Application, or Implementation—ideally, not micro-certifications)
• Experience with ITSM applications (implementation and/or administration)
• Experience in developing custom applications
• Proficiency in:
• JavaScript (within ServiceNow)
• Service Portal (including widgets, HTML, CSS, AngularJS)
• Graphical Workflow & Flow Designer
• REST Web Services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the program architect on application development projects
• Deliver high-quality development on time with minimal support once clear requirements are provided
• Apply ServiceNow best practices effectively in development work
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
