ServiceNow Workspace UI Builder Configuration for Role-Based Views and Contextual PanelCustomization - Contract to Hire

I’m looking for help making a few UI customizations on a ServiceNow SOW Workspace.

Here’s what I need:

Rearrange or hide fields in the record view for the Incident table [Workspace only]

Create different landing page views based on user roles

Customize the contextual side panels to show relevant data for each role

Ensure changes do not impact the classic UI

I’ll provide a clear list of the changes needed along with a test instance.
