Identify & Enrich ServiceNow Customer Leads (OSINT + Scraping Tools)

We’re looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented researcher to help us identify companies currently using ServiceNow (not partners or resellers, but actual customers using the platform in their day-to-day operations).
Once companies are mapped out, we would need relevant stakeholders identified, along with their enriched info. These leads will help fuel our outreach strategy across North America, Western & Northern Europe.
This is not just a contact scraping task. The ideal person should be comfortable doing open-source intelligence (OSINT)-style research to identify ServiceNow customers, such as analyzing job descriptions, tech stacks, digital footprints, and public data to determine if a company actively uses ServiceNow.
Who You Are:
Experienced in B2B research and data enrichment
Skilled with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, and open web research
Able to go beyond databases and apply critical thinking to verify ServiceNow usage
Comfortable working with ambiguity and digging deep to find the right signals
