ServiceNow ITAM Solutions Architect (HAM) - 100 Remote

• *Job Overview**

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to evaluate and enhance our end-to-end endpoint lifecycle ITSM/ITAM program. The focus will be on designing enterprise asset management structures, including global end-of-life programs, disposal, and lease returns. The role also involves implementing a global asset tagging and data collection system, requiring strong financial management, tool assessment, and experience with ITAM tools and third-party providers. Leadership and influence are essential to drive process improvements and manage third-party partnerships.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement cradle-to-grave ITAM models and solutions architecture.
• Assess and improve governance processes, standards, and methodologies for software project delivery and technology portfolio management.
• Lead initiatives in hardware asset management using ServiceNow, focusing on end-of-life evaluations, technical architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage third-party vendors and drive process improvements.
• *Requirements**
• 10+ years of experience in solutions strategy within IT Asset Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and ITAM lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management abilities.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Must have strong experience in Hardware Asset Management utilizing ServiceNow as the main platform/tool.*
