Job Description:

Position Overview:

• This role supports the IT Service Engineering team’s IT Operations Management (ITOM) and/or Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) initiatives to provide the enterprise ServiceNow capabilities that are configured out-of-the-box with an approach of configuration over customization.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• servicenow product implementations
• ServiceNow System Administration Certified

Summary:

• Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions. Leads in the development of the most complex new and emerging technologies and selects appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.

Education/Experience:

• High School Degree and Bachelor’s degree (computer science, software engineering, or relevant field) or equivalent work experience required.
• 8+ years’ experience required.
