As part of the GTM strategy, we are planning to create and shape partner-led and partner-aligned opportunities. 'Partner Sales Lead' role will help shape opportunities along with ServiceNow partner ecosystem and grow the pipeline by proactively engaging with partners and improve license revenue for TCS.
Responsibilities
- Define and craft a large deals approach with MSP packaged into the TCS offering to customers
- Manage the partner sales life cycle – proactive engagement, alignment, joint pursuit, customer engagement, closure and expansion
- Build a short- and long-term strategy for ServiceNow licenses led growth
- Work closely with the Sales / Account and Presales teams to create and nurture new partner led opportunities
Qualifications
- A sound understanding of the ServiceNow product and partner ecosystem
- 13–15 years of combined IT and sales experience in global system integrator (GSI) organizations
- 5+ years in handling sales motions for partner led opportunities
- Proven experience in leading or contributing to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with packaged solutioning approach with bundled licenses and services leveraging AI & automation for larger business value to customers
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal and external stakeholders and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environment
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility and trust.
- Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills
- Open to travel as per the business needs
Salary Range: $158,991-$247,357 a year
