Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise in ServiceNow, along with leadership capabilities to guide the team and resolve technical issues effectively. You will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Support and mentor team members, helping them resolve complex technical issues.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including Workspace/UI Builder, Catalog Items, and Flows/Workflows.
• Ensure alignment with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and maintain accurate CMDB relationships.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the performance, usability, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop technical documentation and contribute to process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong portfolio of implemented solutions.
• Expertise in configurable workspace, UI Builder, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer/Workflow.
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB relationships, and ServiceNow foundation tables.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
