Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. About the Role

This is a highly technical role that requires strong experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.
• Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
• Perform end-to-end application development, including UI design, workflow automation, and scripting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and ServiceNow development guidelines.
• Perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching to ensure minimal disruption to services.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Support the integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systems.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, security models, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks. Requirements:
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs, and integrations. About Us
