Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite from day one)

The three key skills required for this role are:

1. Strong development skills in ServiceNow's Flow, IH, EC, Discovery, and Workspaces.

2. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's VR / CMDB / ITOM modules.

3. Proficiency in inbound and outbound integrations using REST API and other technologies.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We seek a skilled ServiceNow developer to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on implementing effective solutions primarily within the VR, CMDB, and ITOM modules.

Key responsibilities include developing new modules, functionalities, customizations, integrations, and workflow automations on the ServiceNow platform.

Additionally, you will conduct thorough reviews of existing ServiceNow architecture, providing insightful recommendations for enhancements and improvements.

As part of our team, you will work closely with fellow developers and architects to ensure timely and impeccable delivery of solutions.

Participate in comprehensive code reviews, contribute valuable input for refining business processes, and engage in rigorous problem analysis to drive continuous improvement.
