Senior ServiceNow Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for discussing implementation methodologies with the architect and customer, conducting demos of built use cases, and ensuring all agreed-upon use cases are completed as per the agreed sprints. Key Responsibilities:

• Discuss implementation methodologies with the architect and customer.
• Assist in demos of built use cases at the end of each sprint.
• Develop assigned use cases.
• Ensure all agreed-upon use cases are completed as per the agreed sprints.
• Perform unit testing of built use cases.
• Coordinate with the testing team to fix identified defects.
• Notify the customer on any challenges with use cases and advise on reprioritizing them appropriately.
• Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to fast-track activities.
• Identify and establish capabilities and dependencies for ongoing activities.
