We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ServiceNow to join our team on a contract basis in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and support the implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Assist in process improvements and ServiceNow configuration testing.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow environments
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD preferred)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with creating user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
