Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – 5 Days a Week) Position Type: Contract (W2 or C2C) Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years Rate: $55 – $60/hr (Max)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer for an onsite position in Dallas, TX, with a full-time 5-days-a-week work-from-office requirement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in core ServiceNow development areas, strong scripting skills, and hands-on experience with integrations and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using Flow Designer to automate processes.
• Implement and manage REST and SOAP API integrations with external platforms.
• Create and maintain server-side and client-side JavaScript solutions, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Fix Scripts.
• Optimize platform performance using ServiceNow table indexing and best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment support in a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in Flow Designer for workflow and process automation.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP API integration methods.
• Strong JavaScript coding skills, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience in creating and managing Business Rules, Fix Scripts, and other server-side scripts.
• Solid understanding of table indexing and performance tuning in ServiceNow.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow CSA certification or higher.
• Experience across modules like ITSM, ITOM, or Custom Applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration tools.

Contract Details:

• Location: Onsite at client location – Dallas, TX
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (No remote option)
• Employment Type: W2 or C2C
