ServiceNow Technical Solution Specialist

Job Overview

As a ServiceNow Technical Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting the company's ServiceNow applications. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, providing technical expertise in designing and supporting ServiceNow systems, and aligning them to industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
• Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts that automate routine tasks.
• Receive specifications from IT managers and deliver products that meet customer needs.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Develop test plans and deployments for ServiceNow implementations.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
• Install and test vendor-provided updates and new releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience supporting development, implementation, administration, and configuration of ServiceNow tool or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Scripting, Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
