Job Summary
What You'll Do
The developer will learn to use Artificial Intelligence tools to assist in the development of ServiceNow and Moveworks Chatbot workflows.
Developers will be provided with formal training and expected to become certified in ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow system administration
The ServiceNow Developer is vital to the team and is designing, creating, deploying, and updating programs within the ServiceNow application. May require online learning and completion of interactive certification training.
- Build and maintain assigned application(s) and responds to problems as they arise.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure applications align with organizational goals as well as customer needs.
- Oversee the performance of applications to ensure they are always running properly.
- Complete application development and process improvement tasks as assigned.
- Complete project documentation and project artifacts for all new developments.
- Develop and execute unit and integration testing.
- Stay on track of the application lifecycle to ensure necessary updates are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Computer Applications required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
- Can this role consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
- 0-1 year of Applications Development Experience required
Skills And Abilities
- Understanding of core programming principles, including design.
- Ability to work in at least one programming language (ex: JavaScript, SQL, etc.).
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
