Senior Technical ServiceNow Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the configuration, implementation and maintenance of a ServiceNow system.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement new features and enhancements to the ServiceNow system
• Maintain and improve the existing ServiceNow system
• Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Provide application support for the configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow ITSM Product Suite

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working within the ServiceNow platform completing administration tasks
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with both internal and external entities
