As a ServiceNow Application Architect, you will play a key role in designing and configuring ServiceNow implementations. You will collaborate with a service management team to develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions that meet the needs of system stakeholders. You’ll also provide expert guidance on designing, developing, and enhancing the platform’s capabilities. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their mission, architecture, priorities, and security requirements. Skills
- 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow systems and solutions, especially in DoD or Federal environments.
- Proficiency in Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configuration, custom apps, and development methods.
- Strong experience with requirements management and Agile development practices.
- Leadership experience, guiding and mentoring development teams while sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build positive relationships with senior leaders and executives.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow implementations.

- Work closely with clients to understand their mission and requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience collaborating with Government clients to create effective ServiceNow implementation strategies.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- A high school diploma or GED.
