Business Analyst ServiceNow Job Description

This position encompasses a blend of business analysis, process design, and project management skills to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow initiatives within an organization.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow adoption. They will also be responsible for collaborating with development teams, establishing project timelines, and ensuring successful deployment of releases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business requirements gathering and document business processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
  • Work with stakeholders to establish business cases and ROI analysis for ServiceNow projects
  • Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute releases
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, SMEs, and other business partners
  • Analyze and improve business workflows and processes Requirements and Qualifications
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience in technology and/or architecture domains
  • Comprehensive experience with various architectural domains, including application, data, infrastructure, security, and integration
  • Broad understanding of technology and architectural concepts
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Benefits and Working Conditions

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401(k) plan. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation time and 10 sick days per year, along with paid holidays.

Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need. Up to 25% travel may be required for this position.
