ServiceNow-Nuvolo Implementation Specialist

Job Title: Cloud IWMS Project Manager

Overview: This position requires a strong customer facing interaction skillset and technical management to provide leadership of development teams for the full systems development lifecycle of planning, design, build, test, and deployment for ServiceNow-Nuvolo Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Facilities Management enterprise cloud application implementation project.

Responsibilities: Manages Project Master Schedule in MS Project, manages Periodic Government Reviews, project Deliverables, work product and deliverable development, Test Management, and deployment. Promotes collaboration and communication across the development team. Ensures detailed orientation and effective communication with customers. Manages data integration, service-now platform installation, post-install configuration, Nuvolo IWMS/Facilities Management, and periodic onsite meetings.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines. 10+ years' experience with Enterprise COTS implementation and 3+ years of ServiceNow project experience are required. Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of ServiceNow project experience as overall leader of IT projects for Federal Government organizations and 2+ years of Nuvolo application implementation and/or training services.
