Technical ServiceNow Specialist

About the Role">

This position involves administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and best practices. You will be responsible for upgrading, patching, and enhancing the platform in collaboration with IT teams.

You will create and manage user accounts, roles, and groups to ensure proper access controls and permissions. You will also configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.

Additionally, you will develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other customizations as needed. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Required Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with at least 1 year of experience in an L2 support role.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly. Benefits
