About the Role:
As a Technical ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow applications. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and how they can be leveraged to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow application functionality
- Develop and maintain documentation on ServiceNow configuration and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- CAD and CSA Certifications
- ITSM
- CMDB
- APIs
