About the Role:

As a Technical ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow applications. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and how they can be leveraged to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow application functionality
  • Develop and maintain documentation on ServiceNow configuration and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • CAD and CSA Certifications
  • ITSM
  • CMDB
  • APIs
