Experienced Senior ServiceNow Devloper Wanted

Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to lead the development of solution artifacts, analyze customer requirements, and provide technical leadership. About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services, as well as experience as a Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Analyzing customer requirements and developing solution architectures that address technical, management, maximization of automation, and operational reporting aspects.
• Leading the development of solution artifacts such as roadmaps, optimization of operations, architecture, and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
• Providing support in building prototypes and leading technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
• Providing support and mentoring ServiceNow Developers. Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, Master's degree and 5 years of experience, or 11+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience with the US Federal Government.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Contract requirement. Desired Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• ServiceNow certification.
• Certified System Administrator (baseline).
• Certified Application Developer (baseline).
• Additonal ServiceNow CIS certification, preferably in Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification. About the Position
