Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Owner to join our team. This role is responsible for understanding, optimizing and standardizing existing and new processes within the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should be well-versed in ServiceNow capabilities and have experience with process-based problem resolution.
Key responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions, leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes within the ServiceNow platform, and reviewing and understanding existing modules in ServiceNow to evaluate and drive improvement and change to meet strategic objectives.
